4. Medical opinion service - VMC has in-house as well as empanelled doctors to help in suggesting the right treatment/ procedures for its patients looking for health care options.
5. Online life long patient records - We have an integrated online and back office service platform that stores all information pertaining to patient's health needs, hospitalization summary and other documentation that could be looked at by the patient at any time.
6. Call centre - A dedicated call centre has been set up in India to respond to patient's query and other information needed for pre and post hospitalization.
7. Helping in Visa formalities - We help in processing visa application to India to ensure quick availability of the same.
8. Foreign exchange services - Forex services can be provided to visiting patients within India.
9. Mobile phone Sim/ prepaid cards facilities - Patients and attendants will be provided with SIM cards to ensure phone connectivity through the course of stay.
10. Follow up , post treatment care and assistance - Our international as well as domestic teams will follow up with the patients for recovery status and any other assistance that might be needed.
